View Brief →Use for reference ONLY, trainee checklists with saved progress, a graded scenario library, radio protocol and the sign-off rubric are not to be used. To apply open a ticket, for all FTOs follow the new correct procedure on the designated example channel on the FTO Discord.
🎫 Need training? Trainees get trained by opening a ticket in the FTO Discord — pick your department or FTO Cert. The tools below are for FTOs running those sessions.
Open a Training Ticket// Progress saves in this browser per trainee name. "Send to Discord" posts the summary to your FTO channel webhook (set in Owner Console).
Run these in order of difficulty. Brief the trainee on the focus points before you start — grade against them after.
Vehicle fails to indicate. Compliant driver, expired registration. Run the stop start to finish.
House party complaint in Vinewood. Test verbal RP, de-escalation and knowing when police powers actually apply.
Driver shows signs of intoxication. Field sobriety RP, correct arrest procedure and transport.
10-16 with conflicting stories. Separate parties, gather statements, decide the correct outcome.
Suspect flees on foot from a convenience store. Foot pursuit callouts, perimeter and K-9 request criteria.
Stolen vehicle, two occupants, possibly armed. Full Code 5 high-risk stop with backup coordination.
High-speed 10-80 heading into a school zone. The right answer is knowing when to terminate.
10-13 at a gas station, one victim down. Scene command, SAFR staging and witness lockdown with 3+ units.
// Drill until 10-codes are muscle memory. FTOs: a 10-streak before the Phase 1 sign-off is a good bar.
For recruiters and command running department interviews. Every question lists what a good answer sounds like — and the red-flag cards tell you when to politely end the call.
Identify who you're calling first, then yourself. Wait for clear air — never key over an active pursuit unless it's a 10-99.
Location, vehicle, plate in phonetics, occupant count — before you're out of the car.
Primary calls direction, cross street, vehicle, plate, speed, traffic. Update every major turn. Supervisors terminate, not egos.
Patient count, entrapment, exact location, special resources. Tell SAFR when the scene is Code 4 to enter.
Teach trainees both modes: with a dispatcher, wait for assignment unless it's a 10-99. Without one, acknowledge before rolling so units don't double-respond, and the senior unit on scene assumes command.
A 10-99 overrides all traffic. Dispatch calls Signal 100 until the scene is Code 4. Trainees must know this cold.
| Category | What "Pass" Looks Like | Scale |
|---|---|---|
| Radio Discipline | Clear format, phonetics used, no keying over traffic, callouts before action. | Pass Dev Not Yet |
| Procedure | Stops, searches, arrests and scenes follow SOP without prompting. | Pass Dev Not Yet |
| Judgement | Sound decisions under ambiguity — escalate, de-escalate, terminate, or call a supervisor. | Pass Dev Not Yet |
| Roleplay Quality | Stays in character under provocation; values the scene over "winning" it. | Pass Dev Not Yet |
| Teamwork | Backs up units unprompted; respects chain of command in and out of character. | Pass Dev Not Yet |
| Driving | Controlled Code 3 response, pursuit discipline, no unnecessary risk. | Pass Dev Not Yet |
// Sign-off standard: PASS in every category across two consecutive graded patrols, plus all four checklist phases. A "Not Yet" in Judgement or Driving resets the graded patrol count.

Server rules, the penal code officers charge by, announcements, answers, and the appeals desk.
Once you're in the city, you're your character. No breaking character in voice, no talking about 'the server' in-game. Use /ooc sparingly and Discord for everything else.
Random deathmatch and vehicle deathmatch are instant-action offences. Every kill needs story, escalation and roleplay behind it.
Your character fears death. Guns pointed at you mean compliance, not comedy. Play injuries realistically until treated.
Information your character didn't learn in-game doesn't exist. Stream-sniping, Discord call-outs and using OOC info in RP are bannable.
Don't force outcomes on other players, abuse mechanics for unrealistic advantage, or roleplay abilities your character couldn't have.
If you're downed and respawn, your character forgets the events leading to their death and cannot return to the scene for 15 minutes.
No flying up Chiliad in a Sultan, no ramming at 150 in a fistfight's place. Drive and fight like the world is real.
Working mic required. No hate speech, slurs or harassment — in or out of character. English in public RP unless everyone in the scene agrees otherwise.
Max 4 players per criminal scene, hostages must be roleplayed with dignity, and cop baiting is not a personality.
Staff rulings in the moment are final. Disagree? Take it to a ticket after the scene — never argue mid-RP.
Bug abuse, mod menus, crosshairs or third-party tools = permanent removal. Report bugs in Discord and get rewarded instead.
Keep your characters separate — no transferring money, gear or grudges between them.
